Even Kim Kardashian-West’s son, Saint West, cuts his hair with safety scissors.

Kim quickly reassured many of her fans how Saint is still adorable (but we could have told you that!)
In series of photos, Kardashian West shared a chunk of the hair that Saint cut off to her Instagram story, along with a few “aftermath” photos.
Thankfully, it looks like he didn’t cut off too much!
Julie Romanowski, owner and consultant with Miss Behaviour, a parent coaching service, revealed to Today’s Parent how hair cutting is normal when it comes to skills development.

“Preschool-aged children are learning skills like cutting and pasting, as well as dress-up and dramatic play. Seeking a creative outlet for this new-found knowledge is a normal stage of development,” she said.
The haircut comes just after Saint celebrated his fifth birthday at the Alpine Estate in Lake Tahoe.
And while the celebration was very low key in comparison to past Kardashian shindigs, he seemed to enjoy himself on his special day.

Instead of gathering up the entire crew, Kardashian-West threw a drive-by style party to include everyone.
And while she admitted it was not ideal, she seems to have made the most of it.
She wished her “baby” a happy birthday via Instagram, saying: “One of my life’s soul mates. Every year I interview my kids and ask them the same exact questions about life. Saint- I can’t wait to see how you’ve grown and how you answers [sic] these questions as a 5 year old and show them to you when you’re big.”
