Reagan Hanock was just 22-years-old when she was killed — along with her unborn child being ripped from her uterus by a supposed friend.
Last Thursday, a grand jury in New Boston, Texas, decided to add a third indictment to the charges against 28-year-old Taylor Rene Parker, who has been accused of killing her friend and then slitting her open to obtain her child.
Parker was taken into custody on charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping.
She was indicted for capital murder in the mother’s death and is under indictment for kidnapping for taking her infant, the Texarkana Gazette reported.
Parker falsely pretended to be pregnant after murdering her friend.

Once at the hospital, Parker refused to allow doctors to examine her. Parker was then taken into custody on charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping.
In January, prosecutors for the state revealed they would seek the death penalty for Parker.
And last Thursday, a grand jury ruled a third indictment against Parker, leveling a charge of capital murder against her in connection to the infant’s death.
But the third charge was delayed because in January prosecutors had not yet received a final report from the medical examiner with details about the infant’s death.
If Parker is convicted of murdering Hancock, she will either die by lethal injection, have life without parole, or be granted acquittal. If she’s found guilty of kidnapping Hancock’s baby, she’ll face two to 20 years.
If she’s convicted of the baby’s murder, she’ll face five to 99 years or life in a Texas prison.
