Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and her estranged husband Todd Palin are now the proud grandparents of seven! Along with daughter Bristol Palin‘s three children, and their son Track Palin‘s two kids, their second daughter Willow is now a mom of twins.

On November 18, 25-year-old Willow took to Instagram to announce the birth of her twin baby girls, Banks and Blaise. Their birth comes just over a year after she married Ricky Bailey in 2018.

The new mom wrote on Instagram, “We are so in love with you girls.” Just three days before introducing her daughters to her fans, Willow shared a video of her baby bump.

The 25-year-old wrote, “So thankful to be able to carry our girls this far. 36 weeks and counting!” Willow first announced they were expecting twins in May.

Their announcement also revealed that her due date was supposed to be in December. Nonetheless, after announcing that she decided to name her baby girls Banks and Blaise, people took notice.

As OK! Magazine reported, back in February Willow’s older sister Bristol, best known for starring in one season of Teen Mom OG, was answering fan questions on social media.

When she was asked, “If you had a baby girl tomorrow, what would [you] name her,” Bristol responded saying “Blaise” or “Jett.”

However, the mom also quickly clarified that her answer was entirely hypothetical because she’s done having children. And while rumors began to swirl that Willow and Bristol are now feuding after Willow “stole” her sister’s future baby name, Bristol nipped them in the bud quickly.

Shortly after Willow made the birth of her girls public, Bristol not only commented on her sister’s post but posted the same picture on her own Instagram account. “DEMS NEED ME!!!! ???????????? proud of you, can’t wait to squeeze them, spoil them, and be their favorite auntie ????????.”

Bristol then added, “Banks and Blaise. Cannot wait to squeeze these teeny tinies!!! Congrats to my baby sis & brother-in-law on welcoming the newest babes. Lucky little ladies to have such a great mama & daddy.”

However, because Bristol lives in Texas, she was unable to be in Alaska for the birth of her nieces. But as Willow revealed, their youngest sister Piper was able to be by her side every step of the way.

The proud grandma, Sarah Palin, also posted photos taken inside Wilow’s hospital room. The pictures show that Palin and Todd were able to come together to celebrate their grandchildren’s birth.

Congratulations to Willow, Ricky, and the rest of the Palin family on their newest bundles of joy.
