Tyrese‘s ex-wife Samantha Lee Gibson filed for divorce in September 2020 and it doesn’t look like these two are keeping the peace. Samantha alleges that Tyrese has cut her off financially and even locked her and their 2-year-old daughter, Soraya, out of their family home.
Tyrese is disputing the claims that he locked the pair out of the home, and says that his ex’s demands for $20k per month in child support are “unreasonably high.”

Things are Getting Heated Between Tyrese and his Ex-Wife Samantha
When announcing their split, the co-parents released a loving statement via Instagram.
“After much thought, consideration, and prayer, We unfortunately have made the difficult decision to officially separate & divorce. Our intention is to remain the best of friends & strong coparents. We feel incredibly blessed to have found each other and deeply grateful for the 4 years we have been married to each other,” they said at the time.
Tyrese claims that the couple split back in August after a tense three-hour conversation in which Samantha threatened to call the cops. The singer says he peacefully left the home via an Uber.
Here’s hoping these two can work things out amicably for the sake of their daughter.
