During a home interview about Netflix’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Tina Fey‘s youngest daughter interrupted with a scathing act directed towards her mother.
While in the midst of her interview, Tina paused to say: “Please hold, there’s a colonial lady coming in.”

Then, Tina’s 8-year-old daughter, Penelope, came on camera and without a word, slowly lifted one hand up to her forehead to make the shape of an L.
“You’re calling me a loser?!” Tina said in disbelief, sending Penelope into peals of laughter and quickly ran off-screen.
“Wait a second, we’re not losers!” Seth added, while Tina quipped, “This means ‘loyalist’ in colonial times, so that’s on you!” poking fun at her daughter’s outfit.
Recently, the beloved comedian took to Saturday Night Live to empower mothers on May 9 during Weekend Update with Michael Che.
“These are crying times,” she said.
Indeed they are Tina, indeed they are.
