Finally, some Teen Mom news to celebrate! Teen Mom star Mackenzie Standifer and Ryan Edwards just announced that they are expecting a baby girl! The couple also has an 8-month-old son, Jaggar, as well as two children from previous relationships. This Teen Mom pregnancy news comes at a welcome time following several disturbing stories about Jenelle Evans and Amber Portwood.
The couple, who married in a secret ceremony in May 2017, are excitedly expecting a baby girl, due in January 2020. To announce their newest baby-to-be, Mackenzie shared a sonogram on Instagram. Mackenzie chose to turn off comments on the picture.

The couple has been part of the Teen Mom family for many years. Edwards also has a son, Bentley, 10, with Maci Bookout of Teen Mom fame. Mackenzie has a son, 4-year-old Hudson, from a previous relationship.
The baby news comes only a few months after Edwards returned home from a stint in jail. Edwards has had several run-ins with the law. He was arrested in March 2017 for possession of heroin and again in March 2018 and July 2018 for violating the terms of his probation. He was most recently arrested in January 2019 on a previous heroin possession charge and spent three months in jail. He returned home to Mackenzie and his children in April.
Edwards has had a long history of substance abuse. He even missed the birth of Jaggar because he was in rehab.
Mackenzie recently shared on Teen Mom OG, “It’s hard not to get down on yourself. There’s a part of me that’s just angry. I didn’t sign up to be a single mother.”
We wish Mackenzie Standifer and Ryan Edwards the best of luck with their pregnancy and baby! Congratulations!
