It goes without saying that your body is different after giving birth. Shay Mitchell, who gave birth to her daughter, Atlas, in October, continues to be candid about her pre- and post-natal experience.
The actress recently took to Instagram to share a tongue-in-cheek post about her post-baby body. Her boobs, specifically.

“Technically had one baby but kinda ended up with twins ;),” the star joked about her new cleavage after the birth of her first child.
Shay Mitchell is also enjoying getting back to her life.
Mitchell also shared on Instagram Story that she’s excited to be back in the gym after giving birth. “Guess who’s allowed to work out now…,” the star posted, along with a photo of her at the gym.

Mitchell also revealed that she’s been seeking new parenting advice from Pretty Little Liars costar Toian Bellisario, who gave birth to her daughter, Aurora, with husband Patrick J. Adams last year.
“She has been the person I’ve gone to for the most advice, obviously having a daughter of her,” Mitchell told Entertainment Tonight. “I’m the luckiest person in the world. She is not only such an incredible person but the best mom ever. So to have her give me advice is, like, more than I could ask for.”
Shay Mitchell is living that parenting life, just like the rest of us.
In addition to physical changes, Mitchell is experiencing the same schedule shift most new parents deal with, including lack of sleep, though the new mom wouldn’t have it any other way.
“She is incredible and growing every single day,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I wouldn’t trade it for the world.”

She continued: “[What surprised me is] just how little sleep you actually need to function, so that is what I’ve learned. And [I’ve learned] just to stop everything and really take it all in, because they do grow so fast. So that’s what I’m trying to do.”
