Thousands of people are blown away by how powerful the trailer for actress Selma Blair’s documentary is. As fans of the Cruel Intention and Legal Blonde star know, over the last couple of years, Selma Blair has been battling multiple sclerosis.
She first revealed that she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, or MS, in October 2018. The diagnosis came after she battled years of occasional falling, dropping things, foggy memory, minor illnesses, and more.

After her diagnosis, Selma Blair continued to use social media as a way to detail her fight against MS. From the first time three years ago when she was in a fashion show and her brain could figure out how to lift her left leg:

Blair has been very open about her journey with MS. “I am swollen and joints are in pain. My eyes still don’t focus,” Blair wrote during her journey. “Chemo and other high-dose drugs come at a price. I need to start physical therapy and get moving more. It will feel better. The beginning is hard. Remember.”
However, as Selma revealed on Instagram last week, she is giving her fans an even closer look at her journey. A journey she assumed would only end in her death.
As Selma Blair wrote, she and director Rachel Fleit has created a documentary called Introducing, Selma Blair. In the trailer, Blair makes the comment, “I’m so sorry I can’t talk right now. We’re shooting the final days of my life.”

At one point in the trailer Blair said, “I was told to make plans for dying. Not because I have MS but because I’m fighting it.” Nonetheless, Blair’s grit and determination continues to shine through as she continues to search for a cure.
