Savannah Chrisley took to her Unlocked podcast on Tuesday to share some exciting news with her fans. Joined by her niece, Chloe Chrisley, and grandmother, Nanny Faye, Savannah announced her plans to start a new reality television show with her family while her parents serve out their prison sentences.

She discussed how several production companies and networks have already contacted her with interest in doing another show. At one point during the podcast, she asked her grandmother if she’s ready for it. “I’m ready to go work. I’m ready to walk down that highway any day … I’m ready,” said Nanny Faye.

Her grandmother went on to call the family the ‘Bounce Back Chrisleys’ and Savannah loved the concept – adding her siblings aren’t going to let their parents’ time in prison – 7 years for Julie Chrisley and 12 years for Todd Chrisley – stop them from moving forward with their goals, ambitions, and life, in general.

“The sun’s gonna come up, and the sun’s gonna come down,” Nanny Faye continued. “What we have control is we’re gonna get up and dust our pants off today and get to going. And we’re gonna let the world see that we’re really who we were. We love each other, we’re gonna walk this walk and talk this talk.”

As for the reality TV show, the Chrisley family are no strangers to what that entails. Chrisley Knows Best, which followed the family, premiered on USA Network in 2014 and has resulted in several spin-off series – including Growing Up Chrisley, which is centered around Savannah and her brother, Chase Chrisley

While both series were canceled following Todd and Julie’s sentencing, Savannah is excited about what the future has in store. She talked about how the family wasn’t given a lot of freedom in sharing their own opinions on the show. “It became more of a comedy than it was reality,” she explained on her podcast.

If they end up going through with the new show, they don’t plan on holding back anymore. “We’re going to touch on where we’re at today, Mom and Dad being gone, how we’re coping with it, how we get through it,” she said – adding it’ll also show how she and her siblings are pitching in to take care of the two kids.

Savannah Chrisley Opens Up About Missing Her Parents

Also during the podcast, Savannah Chrisley opened up about being away from her parents while they serve their prison sentences. She expressed how her parents were the primary caregivers in the family  – not just to Savannah, but to all of her siblings (including Chloe) and even her grandmother, Nanny Faye.

Nanny got emotional talking about how Julie Chrisley – her daughter-in-law – stood by her side during her bladder cancer treatments. “When you needed something, call Julie. She’d call me three or four times every day. And by seven o clock, she had called me to see if I was OK and to see if I had a good night.”

Todd Chrisley has five children – Lindsie Chrisley, Kyle Chrisley, Chase Chrisley, Savannah Chrisley, and Grayson Chrisley. Lindsie and Kyle are a product of his previous marriage to Teresa Terry, while the other three are a product of his marriage with Julie. He also adopted Chloe, who is Kyle’s biological daughter.
