Will Britney Spears be a fiancée soon? Well, if recent reports are accurate, then yes!
According to a source who talked with E! News, Sam Asghari was recently seen jewelry shopping at the ever-popular jewelry store, Cartier. It was also reported that while he was in Cartier, a worker showed Asghari a diamond ring.
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, it’s suspected that Spears and the personal trainer may have already been engaged and with a family of their own by now if it was for the conservatorship Spears has been under for the last 13 years.
In one of Britney Spears’ recent testimonies, she has said that her conservatorship has prevented her and Asghari from moving forward in their relationship.
“This so-called team won’t let me go to the doctor to take [my IUD] out because they don’t want me to have children. I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I was told right now in the conservatorship I am not able to get married and have a baby.”
Now, with legal progress being made in Spears’ favor when it comes to her conservatorship, sources say an engagement could be coming soon. “Engagement has always been in the cards for Sam and Britney, without question,” a source close to Sam told E! News.
“It’s the direction their relationship has been heading for nearly two years now. It’s always a discussion and it’s not a question of if, it’s when. Things are evidently becoming better for Britney with her conservatorship and she’s never felt this liberated in all aspects of her life. The closer she gets to freedom, the closer she is to seeing all of her dreams become an actual reality. Marrying Sam is high on that list and loving him the way she wants, how she wants, on her own terms. Sam also understands how close they are to being out of the woods, and it’s definitely motivating him to think big.”
Spears and Asghari have been together for nearly six years after they began dating in 2016. According to the source, both Britney and Sam are “feeling so happy and fulfilled in their work and in their relationship. They only elevate one another as a couple and bring out the best in each other.”
It was also recently reported that Britney Spears’ father Jaime Spears has filed paperwork noting that he would step down as her conservator once the time is right. Although that has not happened as quickly as Spears and her legal team had hoped.
As Mamas Uncut further reported, the person they lined up to take Jaime’s place has bowed out before Spears’ lawyer later accused Jaime of attempting to extort $2 million from his daughter.
It’s unclear if Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have gotten the all-clear to move their relationship forward, but it looks like Britney could have some good news very soon.
