Fans are in awe over the new video Princess Catherine and Prince William shared on Sept. 9 as she revealed the end of her chemotherapy treatments.

While on public outings, Catherine and William don’t have show PDA because of royal protocol.

But this video showed a different side of the prince and princess. And people are loving it.

Clips of them holding hands, embracing each other, stealing kisses as their kids played in the background captured the world’s attention.

In the comment section, supporters praised Princess Catherine and Prince William for being so open with their family.

“She is a warrior princess in every sense of the word! I love everything about this , and I love how genuine, affectionate & free they are. Life is too short for silly protocols,” one commenter wrote.

In the video, Catherine shared a message of where she’s at in there cancer journey and how it’s affected her and her family.

“As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment,” Princess Catherine began. “The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown.”

She continued, saying, “This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved.”

While her focus is now “doing what I can to stay cancer free,” she is “looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can.”

“To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey,” Princess Catherine said in a message to others who are going through a similar experience, “I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness, can come light so let that light shine bright.”
