Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are speaking out after learning of Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis.
As it was previously reported, after sharing a video explaining her diagnosis, Middleton revealed that after undergoing serious abdominal surgery that left her in the hospital for days, further testing revealed she had cancer.

“My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment,” Kate revealed, later asking for privacy as she continues to battle the disease.
Now, her brother and sister-in-law are speaking out. Despite their rocky relationship, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are wishing the Princess of Wales well.
In a statement shared with People, Meghan and Prince Harry wrote, “We wish health and healing for Kate and the family, and hope they are able to do so privately and in peace.
The last time Meghan and Harry were seen with Prince William and Princess Kate was back in 2022 at Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. It’s unclear if Harry and Meghan were able to personally speak to Kate as she begins her battle against cancer.
Days after it was revealed King Charles had cancer, Prince Harry traveled back to England without Meghan to spend some time with his father. It’s unclear if the couple will do the same now that Kate is battling cancer as well.
In her recently shared video, the princess thanked the world for its “wonderful messages of support,” adding that her main focus aside from getting healthy is her three children, George, Charlotte, and Louis.
“Most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok,” Kate said. “As I have said to them; I am well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal; in my mind, body and spirits.”
