The Royal Family isn’t immune to the challenges of finding a nanny that’s a good fit for their family. According to The Sun, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle have hired the third nanny for their son, Archie Harrison, in just six weeks.
According to RadarOnline, the new parents had previously employed two nannies, both of whom have reportedly since left their posts. Buckingham Palace does not comment on staffing and no reason has been given for their departures.

Sources insisted to The Sun that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are “simply taking their time with the ‘deeply personal’ nanny decision.”
One source noted that “Harry and Meghan do not want to rush this or take any risks getting this decision right.”
However, this isn’t the first time family staffers haven’t worked out for the Sussex Royals. It has been previously reported that Duchess Meghan is difficult to work for, with multiple staffers leaving their jobs, including her personal assistant, Melissa Touabti, who resigned just six months into the job.
Markle’s private secretary, Samantha Cohen, as well as her successor, Amy Pickerill, also left their positions. Additionally, Markle’s bodyguard left her job six months after joining the Royal Family.
Still, we all know how hard it can be to find the right childcare for your family, and we don’t have the burden of being actual royalty. So we’re Team Meghan on this one.
