Another Duggar Sister Speaks Out Following Josh Duggar’s Arrest While One Is Having Trouble Coping With It All

Following in several of her sisters’ footsteps, Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth are also speaking out about Josh Duggar‘s recent arrest. As Mamas Uncut previously reported, the 33-year-old was arrested and charged with one count of receiving child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography on April 30.

A week later, Duggar was given bail and he currently lives with family friends, Lacount and Maria Reber. The almost father of seven has an ankle monitor and he is only allowed to see his children if his wife, Anna, is present. He is not permitted to visit any other children, including his kid siblings and nieces and nephews.

Following his arrest, his sisters Jill, Jessa, and Jinger, all issued statements, now their younger sister, Joy-Anna is too. You can read their full statement below:

“The recent accusations brought against Josh sadden us to our core. We have not wanted to be hasty in making any statements while trying to process the news ourselves. We are especially heartbroken by the reality that there are children in the world being harmed and exploited. We ask for prayer for all those involved and it is our continued prayer that the truth comes to light.”

Jinger Duggar Is Struggling to Cope With Her Brother’s Alleged Crimes

Additionally, a source told People that Jinger Vuolo is leaning heavily on her own immediate family in the wake of her big brother’s arrest. According to the source, “overall, Jinger and Jeremy are horrified and disgusted by the situation.”

The source added that it has taken an emotional toll on Jinger and Jeremy. “Being a family themselves, the idea of these kinds of charges against Josh are a horrific thing. Jinger is having a hard time coping with it.”

Jinger and Jeremy no longer live in Arkansas, and for that they are grateful, the source made it seem. “They have built their own life in a new city that they love and are surrounded by people who support them. It’s taken an emotional toll on them, but they are raising their daughters and are focused on their life in L.A.”

As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent Gerald Faulkner testified for the prosecution during the hearing. He told the court that files allegedly found on Josh Duggar’s computer revealed the sex abuse of a child ranging from 18 months to 12 years of age. He added that the images were “in the top five of the worst of the worst that I’ve ever had to examine.”
