Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise’s daughter Bella recently posted a rare selfie to Instagram.
The 27-year-old artist posted this last Tuesday shared an image of herself dawning a black cap and jacket while looking in a mirror.
“All that glitters is gold.. oh wait, it’s just another Instagram filter,” she captioned the post.
Bella was adopted by the high-profile celeb couple in 1992 and was later joined by younger brother Connor three years later.
Cruise divorced Kidman in 2001 when Bella was just 8 years old.
Much like their father, both Bella and Connor are practicing Scientologists. It is believed to be a major point in their strained relationship with their mother.
In 2015, Kidman did not attend Bella’s wedding in 2015 to computer programmer, Max Parker, which took place in London.
Leah Remini claimed in her book, “Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology,” that after Cruise’s 2006 wedding to Katie Holmes, she shared a taxi with Bella and Connor and asked them if they had seen their mother recently.
“Not if I have a choice,” Bella reportedly said. “Our mom is a f–king SP.”
According to Scientology terminology, SP is an acronym for Suppressive Person, or, an enemy of the church.
Nicole Kidman opened up about her relationship with her two oldest children in 2018, saying:
“They are adults,” Kidman told Who magazine. “They are able to make their own decisions. They have made choices to be Scientologists and as a mother, it’s my job to love them.”
