“How do you manage sex when your kids are home all the time?

Hi ladies, I was wondering how do you all have sex when you’ve got kids at home? How do you arrange your love life? I have a teenage daughter and sometimes I don’t enjoy sex as much knowing she’s home and that she could be hearing us. It’s not as pleasure-able just the thought of it. What do you moms do? How do you all manage your love lives with your kids at home?”

“Lock the door. Get freaky quietly… go on with life.”

“We have 4 kids, 9, 6, 2, and 1. We wait till they’re all asleep at night to do our thing.”

“It’s a race against time, hunny. When they fall asleep, boom boom bam, sleep it off.”

“It either happens in the morning when the kids are eating brekky or watching tv and we’re ‘sleeping’ in. Or at night after kids are in bed. If they’re in bed and not asleep yet, the door gets locked.”

“I tell my son that we are going to have a private talk about maybe some Christmas, Easter, bday, whatever holiday is close gifts and he can’t hear. To give us time.”

“Last Sunday morning we snuck a quickie in while the kids were eating breakfast in the kitchen, which is right next to my bedroom. I think part of the fun was trying to be quiet, trying not to make the bed creak. Plus if you teach your kids not to come in when your door is shut it allows you your space, it’s about respecting mom and dad’s alone time.”

“We wait until the kids go to bed or sometimes when we are home together during the day a quicky during nap time.”

“iPad, cartoons, snack (out of wrappers), locked door, and set the alarm! If they hear any noise and ask, say that dad was showing you a birthday gift or Xmas gift for them and you can’t wait for them to be good to earn it! Lol.”

“Wait till they’re sleeping, or in the morning before they wake up.. and don’t be loud, be as quiet as you can lol. Also, make sure that the radio or tv is on for background noise.”
