Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his wife Lauren Pesce are expecting their first child together and have just revealed the gender. “Gym Tan We’re having a Baby Boy,” Sorrentino wrote on Instagram.
The happy couple decided to have a virtual gender reveal, holiday-themed party to stay safe during quarantine. Signifying their excitement over having a baby boy, the couple switched on the blue Christmas tree lights.

The expecting parents shared the news on their joint Instagram page, created to highlight all of their baby updates.
“IT’S OFFICIAL – I’M A BABY BOY! ???????????????? My parents were waiting to see if they could host my first party for the reveal but because of the C word, they decided to be safe, most especially for me ????????, and host it virtually!” said the caption. “Please share all your baby boy advice & favorite places to shop for cute baby clothes as my Mama cannot wait to shop for me!”

Sorrentino and Pesce shared their pregnancy news on social media, posting photos of themselves and their dog in the kitchen, with “Baby Sorrentino May 2021” written in flour.
