Lindsay Lohan is on TikTok to set the record straight about her last name.
Lohan, 35, posted her first clip to the app earlier this month, where she shared with her followers an interesting message about her last name.

“Hey everyone, it’s Lindsay Lohan, and guess what? Now I’m on TikTok,” she said in the Feb. 7 clip, ending her message with a big, beaming smile.
She captioned the post, “I’m on Tiktok Now! ???? #imontiktoknow.”
Lohan’s post made fans realize that they had been saying her name incorrectly for years, to which many were shocked by. Lohan emphasized the “o” in her last name due to people commonly mispronouncing it and stressing the “a” instead.
Since Lohan’s first post on TikTok, she has stayed active on the app, including sharing her Super Bowl commercial for Planet Fitness.

Lohan lip-synced a line from her hit 1998 film, The Parent Trap in a clip posted to her account Saturday. Lohan, who played both Hallie Parker and Annie James in the movie, recreated a moment between the twin sisters on TikTok.
“Yes, you want to know the difference between us?” she mouthed. “I have class and you don’t.”
Lohan captioned her post, “you heard it here first. #theparenttrap.”

This past year, Lohan has been busy with both personal milestones and professional projects. The former child star got engaged to her fiancé, Bader Shammas, in November, and is set to star in a Netflix holiday rom-com later this year.
Lohan opened up about wedding planning in an interview with Extra earlier this month, divulging to the outlet she’s taking a “low-key” approach to her big day coming up.
“Even on my birthday I want to make sure everyone else is good and then I can be okay. So I’ll be more like that,” she said.
“I’m looking at destinations,” Lohan continued. “I’ve already started talking to a friend of mine about the dress. But I want to do things right and I want to pace everything. But it’s an exciting time. I’m very girly, so….”
