Former NFL linebacker and reality star Kroy Biermann is asking the court to take action as he and his estranged wife Kim Zolciak Biermann continue their bitter divorce.
According to new court documents obtained by People, Kroy is asking for complete control over the sale of their Georgia mansion.
In the documents, Kroy alleges that Kim is “refusing offers” on their home. Reports reveal their home is eligible for foreclosure, for a third time, in October.
The documents also show that Kroy claimed Kim has been spending “frivolously,” despite “making claims of having no money,” People reports.
As a result, Kroy is asking the court to “force the sale of the home” for an acceptable price and “remove (Kim) from any decision-making process.”
According to People, Kroy’s name is reportedly the one on the mortgage, leaving him most vulnerable should the home be foreclosed on.
On Sept. 9, in an interview with TMZ, Kim responded to Kroy’s court filing, calling it a “game,” adding that she “pays all the bills” when it comes to their home.
Kim, who was with her daughter Brielle, said Brielle has “helped” her with bill “when I needed her too.”
But despite the contention between them, Kim said Kroy is “still trying to work it out.” But Kim tells TMZ she’s “done.”
In response to his claims that she refuses to sell the home, Kim said she is willing to sell but adds, “Who would take a $3.5 million offer on a $5.5 million appraisal?”
When first putting their home on the market in October 2023, they listed the home for $6 million, People reports.
Kim and Kroy first filed for divorce in April 2023. However, several months later, in July, the couple vowed to work on things and the court granted them a dismissal.
A month later, Kroy filed for divorce again in August.
The former couple share four biological children together, Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane. Kroy adopted Kim’s oldest daughter from a previous relationship, Brielle and Ariana.
