Khloé Kardashian and her ex, Tristan Thompson might be considering having another child together. Kardashian and Thompson share daughter True, who just celebrated her second birthday on Easter.
Although it seems like co-parenting is more likely than the couple getting back together, in a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the couple joked about the possibility of making another baby together.
Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson think their daughter, True needs a sibling.
Talks of a possible sibling for True began while the pair spoke over FaceTime about what to do with the toys that True has outgrown. Thompson, 29, commented, “What happens if we have another girl? Then you have to buy it all over again?”
“Who is having another girl with you?” Kardashian, 35, quipped.
In addition to being a reality TV personality, Kardashian co-founded the clothing brand Good American in 2016. Thompson is a professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The couple split in early 2019 after Thompson was caught kissing family friend, Jordyn Woods.
She then goes on to joke about using IVF in order to give True a sibling.
Thompson goes on to say that he thinks his daughter “does need another sibling.”
“Right, so I might get some embryos and get a sibling. I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you, but we’ll figure that out later,” Kardashian replied.
We think Kardashian said this as a joke. She did tell her mother, Kris Jenner, that she has no interest in freezing her eggs. When Jenner suggested it, Kardashian said, “I’m not worried about it.”
While True might not have a sibling from Kardashian and Thompson, she does have a half brother.
Thompson has a 3-year-old son, Prince Thompson whom he shares with an ex, Jordan Craig. His son was born shortly before he began dating Kardashian.
While it’s speculation that the couple will actually try and have another child together, what is not up for debate is their commitment to co-parenting their daughter.

On Easter, the couple came together to celebrate True’s second birthday.
Although they had planned a big blowout party for their daughter’s second birthday, social distancing guidelines put a damper on those plans. Instead, the couple had an intimate party that featured their daughter’s current obsession, Trolls.
Members of the Kardashian clan sent gifts and virtual happy birthday wishes. The sweet celebration was shared by both Kardashian and Thompson on Instagram where they both shared adorable images from True’s big day.
Kardashian wrote:
“Happy birthday my sweet TuTu!! You are all of my unforgettable memories of the past few years, the precious magical moments of the present and the promise of a happy future. You are literally my entire world! I can’t believe you are TWO!! You make my life complete and I can’t wait to have forever with you!!! Until the end of time; I love you my sweet girl.”
True looks absolutely tickled in the photos that the celebrity couple shared.
Thompson shared photos from his daughter’s birthday that show her smiling ear-to-ear and a short video of himself holding True as they blow out the birthday candles.
The Instagram post is accompanied by a sweet note. Thompson wrote, “Happy Birthday to my sweet baby True. You have no idea how much daddy loves you. I can’t believe how fast time has flown by. You will always be daddy’s little girl. I Love you soo much Tutu. Happy birthday day.”
Kardashian and Thompson are certainly getting this co-parenting thing right.
While Kardashian and Thompson might have simply been joking about the prospect of having a child together, one thing is certain: they’re great at co-parenting their daughter.
It’s not easy! And, this couple has left the past in the past in order to ensure that their daughter is loved by both parents and doesn’t miss out on any of the good times because her mother and father aren’t in a traditional relationship. We applaud their efforts and look forward to learning about any new developments on a potential sibling for True.
