On September 28, Josh Duggar and his pregnant wife, Anna Duggar were seen wearing smiles as they left an Arkansas courtroom. However, despite their smiles, Josh and his legal team left the courthouse defeated.
Inside the courtroom, Josh Duggar’s legal team had four out of five of their motions denied. Those motions were in an attempt “to suppress evidence and get his child pornography case dismissed.” The fifth motion has not yet been ruled on by the judge.

As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Josh has been charged with possessing child pornography which was reportedly found on his work computer. Prosecutors say Josh downloaded the images and videos over a three-day period in May 2019.
Josh Duggar has pleaded not guilty and has maintained his innocence. And Anna continues to stand by him through it all.
During one of the earlier detention hearings, as Mamas Uncut previously reported, Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent Gerald Faulkner testified for the prosecution alleging that one of the files reportedly recovered from Duggar’s work computer revealed the sex abuse of a child ranging from 18 months to 12 years of age. He added that the images were “in the top five of the worst of the worst that I’ve ever had to examine.”
Following his initial arrest in April, Josh’s parents issued a statement on the family’s official website. “We appreciate your continued prayers for our family at this time. The accusations brought against Joshua today are very serious,” Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar said on April 30.
“It is our prayer that the truth, no matter what it is, will come to light and that this will all be resolved in a timely manner. We love Josh and Anna and continue to pray for their family.”
Josh is not living with his wife and six children while on house arrest. Currently, Josh is living with third-party custodians, who are also longtime close family friends of the Duggar family, Lacount and Maria Reber. He will be monitored with GPS tracking until his trial begins at the end of November.
Josh is obviously allowed to see his wife but only can see his children so long as Anna is present. He is not allowed to be around any other minors.
It is believed Anna is due sometime this fall.
