As Mamas Uncut previously reported, during the defamation case Johnny Depp brought against his ex-wife Heard, there was a poignant moment a lot of people took notice of. The moment occurred when Amber Heard brought up one of Johnny Depp’s exes during her testimony.

The ex in question is legendary model Kate Moss and Heard talked about her while she was describing a moment between her, her sister Whitney, and Depp. While on the stand, Heard discussed a moment where she claimed she was allegedly worried Depp might hit her sister, Whitney.

If you are unaware of the story Heard is allegedly referring to, According to Forbes, Heard was reportedly told to a story about Depp and Moss’s relationship which took place in the 90s. During the libel case between Depp and The Sun, Heard claimed two people told her Depp allegedly once pushed Moss down some stairs.

When Heard alluded to this story in her testimony, one of Depp’s lawyers fist-pumped excitedly. At the time, it was believed that this now allowed Depp’s team to legally talk about Moss with Heard during their cross-examination.

Not only could they discuss Ms. Moss, but they could also call Moss to testify if they so choose to. While it’s rare for someone as high profile as Kate Moss to put herself in the middle of such a polarizing case, news reports are saying it is going to happen.

As People reports, a source close to Depp confirmed to People that the supermodel will testify in court via a video link on Wednesday, May 25. While it is unclear exactly what Moss will be asked, People reports that Depp’s team will use her testimony to “dispel the rumored stair incident.”

Moss’s team has not issued a statement confirming these reports. Depp and Moss began dating in 1994 and continued to date for about four years, reports reveal. Moss, if she does take the stand, will be one of the last witnesses heard in this case as it is expected to wrap up on Friday, May 27.
