Ryan Emge helped deliver his newborn daughter Rebecca in the passenger seat of their car, with one hand.
“I had kind of a freak-out and I was like, ‘Honey, do you want me to pull over? What do I do here?’ And she’s like, ‘No, keep going, we need to get to the hospital,'” Ryan shared.

“The baby started coming out, so I just reached over with my hand and I caught the baby,” Ryan said of his newborn daughter.
The father-of-three said his wife Kelli “took her seatbelt off, put her knees on the seat facing the back and started giving birth in the passenger seat while I was driving on the highway.”
Rebecca was then delivered out of her father’s hand, and he gingerly put his daughter down onto the seat below. Emge praised his wife’s stoicism for delivering their daughter so calmly, saying it is “the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen. She just handled the whole thing.”
“Rebecca made it evident that she was coming and not waiting,” added Kelli of her daughter, who teaches French.
But Kelli and Ryan were not the only parents who almost delivered their baby in an odd spot this year…

This past summer 22-year-old mother, Kaitlyn Fullerton, was on her way home from a trip to Houston, Texas when she suddenly felt an urge to pee that turned into her giving birth in a gas station bathroom.
She asked her husband, Sergio Mancer, to pull into a gas station, telling him she would be out in a minute. But after Kaitlyn closed the doors behind her, she began giving birth over the gas station toilet.
“God please don’t let me have this baby in this restroom,” she recalled saying to herself, during the delivery.
“I was standing up the whole time,” said Fullerton, who was a full nine months pregnant at the time of the delivery. “I felt the head and then he just came right out and I like grabbed him and I was holding him right here close to me and that’s when someone outside the restroom was like ‘do you need help?’”
And moments later, her husband was notified of the birth.
“I looked up, saw a woman saying ‘Hey your wife just gave birth,’” Sergio Mancera told Fox 26. “I was like ‘what?’”
Sergio quickly rushed to her, pulling out his camera. The footage is now going viral for the amazing moments caught on camera that all transpired in the bathroom stall of a Pilot Gas Station in Beasely, Texas.
