“Rest In Peace to Huey Ha,” a social media post to his Instagram account states. “Huey Ha passed away October 25, 2021. He loved and appreciated every single one of his supporters.”
The post also contains a link to a GoFundMe page asking for donations to cover funeral expenses and to support Ha’s daughter, Princess, who was 2-years-old at the time of his passing.
Huey Haha was just 22 at the time of his death and his untimely passing caused many of his colleagues, friends, and fans to speak out in memoriam.
“Used to saying RIP but this hurt the most,” Coby Jdn and HypeBoii shared on Instagram. “We always hated comedy cuz all people see is laughs, not what we hadda do or go through. They already took the fun out the comedy but now its not gon be the same without you. We love you brother see you in the future @hueyhaha.”
Ha is remembered for his funny sketch comedy bits that he shared on TikTok and YouTube that earned the late star hundreds of thousands of followers.
“Huey always made our day whenever he would put out his comedy,” Thizzler on the Roof, which focuses on music in the Bay Area, said in a tweet. “We want to send our condolences to his family & loved ones.”
“Thank you so much for everyone’s generous donations to help pay for the costs of Huey’s funeral but most importantly to support his daughter, Princess, as she grows up,” an update shared on Huey’s GoFundMe stated. So far the campaign has raised over $46,000 of its $50,000 goal.
“Please continue to share the link to this GoFundMe page with your loved ones on your social media and anywhere you can,” the GoFundMe update also said. “Huey touched so many lives through his humor and big heart – now is our time to help his family in their time of need.”
We’re so pleased to find that donations have been going strong for Ha and his daughter, Princess, who he loved so deeply.
In Coby Jdn’s tribute post, he shared a clip of Ha speaking about fatherhood. In the video, Ha says:
“It’s just great dude, like, I just love it so much. I love it when I come home and then my daughter, she just comes running to the door and she just screams like ‘ahhhh!’ and then she runs around in a circle and she comes back and she hugs me. It’s like the best feeling, bro. You don’t really understand, like, fatherhood, until you’re in that. It’s really true.”
We hope that Ha’s memory is a blessing to all his family, friends, fans, and followers.
