Montag and her husband have been trying for a second child since December 2020. And now, one year later, Montag flocked to Instagram to share an update on where they are at with in the process.

Back in May of 2021, Montag revealed how the pandemic impacted her family when they were planning to grow their family. “Before the pandemic, we were talking about having another child,” she shared with the E! News outlet.
“And then the pandemic hit, and we didn’t know where the world was going…or if there was even going to be a functioning society at that point. It was kind of scary of what was going to happen, so we waited a little bit.”
Montag documented herself three months ago, showing herself before and after undergoing a hysteroscopic polypectomy procedure in a YouTube video titled, “Heidi gets surgery to help her get pregnant.”
“All done,” she said after the procedure, “and then I can have intercourse in two days and I’m ovulating, so hopefully this is the time, but just praying God’s timing hopefully that I am ovulating.”
