Hayden Panettiere‘s boyfriend Brian Hickerson has been arrested once again after a domestic dispute, according to the Teton County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance between Hickerson and the 30-year-old actress at a private residence in Jackson, Wyoming. And at around 2:30 a.m. Hickerson, 30, was then arrested on Valentine’s Day.
Teton County Sheriff’s Office revealed Hickerson has been charged with domestic battery as well as interference with a cop which are both misdemeanor charges in Wyoming.
Hickerson allegedly punched Panettiere, 30, “with a closed fist on the right side of her face” according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The documents report how authorities arrived at the residence and found Hickerson in the driveway, who informed them Panettiere was inside the home, “saying he beat the f— out of me.”
When asked if he had physically assaulted Panettiere, Hickerson reportedly avoided answering the cops.
Panettiere informed the cops that Hickerson began throwing objects at her face when they were in the bedroom together, according to records.
Cops alleged in court records the actress’s face was red and swollen, in addition, she also had a scrape and some swelling on her left hand.
Back in November, Panettiere and Hickerson were seen together after a little over a month after Hickerson’s previous felony domestic violence charge was dismissed.
In August of 2018, Panettiere split with her then-fiancé Wladimir Klitschko and soon began dating Hickerson. Klitschko, 43, and Panettiere have a daughter Kaya, 5, who resides in Ukraine with her father.
In October of 2018, many were concerned over Panettiere’s relationship with Hickerson as they were involved in a drunken altercation with his father which prompted police to be on the scene.
Then, in May of 2019, Hickerson was arrested on a domestic violence charge and released on bail.
Obtained by PEOPLE, in the felony complaint prosecutors alleged Hickerson “willfully inflicted corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition upon Hayden P.”
On May 23, Hickerson was then charged with one count of felony domestic violence and pleaded not guilty.
Then, in July 2019, Hickerson reportedly appeared in court as while a Los Angeles superior judge listened to the testimony from the police officer who responded to the domestic violence call on May 2. The judge then denied the motion to dismiss criminal charges against Hickerson and declined to consider a lesser misdemeanor charge.
“The case against Brian Hickerson was dismissed without prejudice today,” a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office revealed to PEOPLE.
“Our office was unable to proceed because we could not secure a material witness. The protective order also was dismissed.”
The investigation of Hickerson’s most recent charges is still ongoing.
