Fans are growing concerned for Hoda Kotb after she didn’t host the third hour of the Today Show with Jenna Bush Hager.
On March 27, Hoda started out the daily news show like she so often does. However, fans grew concerned for Hoda when she didn’t show up to host the third hour of the show as well.
Willie Geist, instead, filled in for Hoda Kotb, sitting at the round table next to Jenna, who carried on with the next hour as if nothing was different. Neither Hager nor Geist made mention of Hoda’s absence which many people thought was strange.
Earlier today, Hoda talked about moving her two daughters to a new home and a new school on her podcast. She opened up about how she’s been helping her girls with the transition because as a child herself, she moved around often.

Hoda admitted she didn’t have fond memories of her family constantly moving from place to place, so she was keen on making sure her daughters didn’t have those feelings of resentment as well.
“It’s so funny because the stories I tell now as an adult, are the stories of how I endured or what I did to cope. Yet at the same time, as I’m preparing my kids, I feel like I’m trying to protect them from things that they should probably be into,” Kotb said on her podcast.
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Kotb recently opened up about her daughter Hope’s health struggles and how they are coping.
Thankfully, after a two-week stay in the ICU, “Things have stabilized,” for Hope and Kotb, who reassured her fans that they taking every precautionary measure to make sure Hope remains health and lives as normal of a life as possible.
We hope everything is okay and Hoda Kotb just had a prior engagement resulting in her absence from the third hour of the show.
