Dylan Dreyer Says It’s More Efficient to Shower With Her Three Kids

Today Show host and meteorologist Dylan Dreyer is opening up about her “efficient” parenting techniques, specifically when it comes to bath time.

While talking with the Daily Mail, Dreyer described herself as a “very efficient mom.” And one way she is most efficient is during bath time because everyone showers together.

“It’s funny because I’m also a very efficient mom so when I have to shower at night,” Dreyer explained, “if I can get all three in the shower with me so I can get everybody bathed at once, we’re good to go!”

Dreyer is the mom of three boys, Calvin, Oliver, and Rusty. And when asked if she is concerned about being in the nude around her kids, Dreyer didn’t seem too phased by it.

As Dreyer told the Daily Mail, her two youngest, Oliver and Rusty “have no idea what’s going on so they don’t care. They’ll run around naked all day long, I think they’re just so proud of their bodies and their parts.”

But when it comes to her oldest, Calvin, who she’s often seen with cooking in the kitchen on Today, the host admits “it’s getting a little weird now that my oldest is seven.”

“He doesn’t do the shower thing anymore, he’ll be in the bath while I take a shower. But you know, I put the towel on pretty quickly, I don’t linger,” Dreyer explained.

Dreyer is far from the first famous parent to admit that they don’t shy away from nudity in their household. Bradley Cooper recently talked about being “totally fine” walking around his home naked despite having a young daughter at home.

“My bedroom is, the bathtub and toilet and bed are all in the same room. It’s 24/7, dude! There are no doors. … The stairs go up and it’s all one floor,” Bradley said, adding that he and his daughter, Lea will happily talk to each other while he’s using the bathroom.

“We talk where I’m on the toilet, she’s in the bathtub; that’s sort of the go-to,” he said.
