Longtime “Dancing With the Stars” pro Artem Chigvinstev has been arrested.
According to People and TMZ, Chigvinstev was arrested on Aug. 29 just before 10 a.m. PST. He was arrested on accusations of corporal injury to spouse while in Napa, California.
The dancer was booked and given a $25,000 bail, People reported.
Chigvinstev is married to former WWE wrestler Nikki Bella. The couple share a son together.
The couple was in Napa celebrating their anniversary. Nikki shared a video of their relationship over the years as the song “Can’t Help Falling in Love With You” played in the background.
“This song is our love story. I’ll never forget where I was when I asked Jesus about Artem. Having a conversation with He & God. How my feelings felt too soon. It all felt too fast. And then this song came on. And that’s when I knew that I was falling in love with him and that it was all meant to be,” she wrote in the caption.
Chigvinstev also posted in honor of their anniversary:
“Happy anniversary my love, can’t see my life without you. You are my everything,” he wrote.
Neither Nikki nor Chigvinstev have shared a statement regarding the arrest. This is a developing report.
