New court documents obtained by Page Six show that Christina Hall and Josh Hall are moving closer to settling their divorce.
According to the court documents, Christina and Josh have temporarily divided up their real estate assets. Christina will be taking possession for their Newport Beach, California properties while Josh will be allowed to use their residence in Tennessee.
However, Josh is under strict orders prohibiting him from renting out the home to anyone.
Additionally, Christina received exclusive control over their Eve luxury condominiums, Us Weekly reports.
The documents also state that Josh is to pay back the $35,000 he transferred to his personal bank account after they separated in July. Josh said the money was used to pay bills on their rental properties.
It was also revealed that Christina has agreed to give Josh a $100,000 advance, which is to be used for bills and attorney fees.
Both Christina and Josh filed for divorce within days of each other in July. After citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their divorce, Josh also asked for spousal support.
After these recent documents were made public, Josh’s team issued a statement to Us Weekly, saying, “Josh Hall has no comment about this matter. He hopes to resolve these matters in private, not through the press.”
While Christina hasn’t personally commented on this matter, she did share a statement about her divorce on July 25.
“Over here waiting for the typical hired PR rep speech of ‘how I was blind-sided and how l’m working on myself and taking time to heal at her ranch’ …,” Christina began the statement she shared on her Instagram story. “Meanwhile I’m over here not as nice and quiet as l used to be ….”
The mom of three continued saying that she has “worked my (butt) off to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve / what they did NOT work for should be ashamed.”
“An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you- but, ‘still i rise.’”
Christina concluded her statement, saying, “For those that aren’t aware… divorces do not happen overnight.. and there is always a breaking point. This one is personal.”
The couple got engaged in 2021 and became husband and wife a month later. They had a ceremony celebrating their union a year later in Hawaii.
On Aug. 26, Hall shared a video on her Instagram stories showing her removing a tattoo from her wedding ring finger.
Along with the video, Hall thanked her friend Jonathan Zelken “for always taking care of me.”
The former couple do not share any biological children.
