Chrissy Teigen is the latest celeb mom to share an adorable pic of their child’s first day of school. Little Luna is entering the second year of preschool according to a creative chalkboard her parents put together. Unfortunately, it isn’t a purely happy moment for Teigen and her family, as she also just found herself pulled into a nasty Twitter spat with President Donald Trump.
The chalkboard details that Luna loves “dancing with daddy, adventures with mommy, my Yay’s Thai books, park days with miles, eating bananas and pasta and swimming like a mermaid.” It also notes that Luna would like to be a painter and do nails when she grows up.

In addition to celebrating Luna’s first day of school on September 9, Teigen also found herself embroiled in a Twitter war with President Trump.
Trump took to Twitter late Sunday night to say that he should be getting a lot more credit for signing the First Step Act into law. The act allows thousands of federal inmates to get out of prison earlier than their initial sentences stipulated, among other leniencies.
In addition to tweeting that he deserved more credit, he also wrote, “Guys like boring musician @johnlegend, and his filthy mouthed wife, are talking now about how it is – but I didn’t see them around when we needed help getting is passed.”
Teigen, for one, did not appreciate being brought into the online argument. She replied, “(L)ol what a p**** a** b**** tagged everyone but me. An honor, mister president.” By Monday morning, Teigen was officially trending on Twitter, as was #teamchrissy and #filthymouthedwife.
Legend also responded to the President’s tweet, saying, “Imagine being president of a whole country and spending your Sunday night hate-watching MSNBC hoping somebody – ANYBODY – will praise you.”
Based on the exchange, we have a feeling Luna has already learned how to stand up for herself at the playground.
Big week for the Teigen-Legend family, it seems! We hope Little Luna doesn’t feel her big first day of school has been overshadowed by needless insults made about her parents by the President of the United States.
