Chrissy Teigen is celebrating a major milestone in her sobriety journey. As the model and mother of 2 revealed on Instagram, Teigen is 50 days sober.
Along with a video of her trying to work out with her two kiddos crawling on her, Chrissy Teigen talked about her journey to her 50-day streak. “Today is my 50-day sobriety streak,” Teigen began.

As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Teigen first decided to get sober in 2020. Back in January, she first admitted why she decided to quit drinking.
“I was done with making an a– of myself in front of people (I’m still embarrassed), tired of day drinking and feeling like —- by 6, not being able to sleep. I have been sober ever since and even if you can’t see yourself doing it or just plain don’t want to, it is still an incredible read.”
Now, Teigen is revealing that while she began her sober journey nearly a year ago, she’s had a few hiccups along the way. “It should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road,” Teigen wrote on Instagram.
Nonetheless, Chrissy Teigen is celebrating 50 days sober because “this is my longest streak yet!”
And while she is super proud of this milestone, Teigen admits she doesn’t know what the future will hold. But she does plan on continuing to work as hard as she can to better herself for her family.
“I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep, and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!”
Teigen went on to say that “this is also my third day this week working out which is unheard of for me,” she admits before adding that “my bears are not making it easy.” However many other moms can relate to that?
In the end, Teigen shared that “Move With Nicole” on YouTube has been her workout buddy as of late and so many of her followers are praising her for her progress.
One commenter wrote, “So proud of you! Honestly, I don’t really drink much anymore. It doesn’t make me feel as focused and love the way I feel sober. Proud of you girl!”
