‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Cast Member Attempts Suicide, Todd And Savannah Chrisley Save Their Life

“Chrisley Knows Best” cast member Nic Kerdiles, the ex-fiancé of Savannah Chrisley, attempted suicide in early February.

Todd Chrisley and his daughter Savannah can be heard on a terrifying 911 call that was made on the eve of Jan. 31 right outside a home in Nashville. Law enforcement sources informed TMZ how the call came in for a suicidal man, who had a gun to his head.

Todd and Savannah believed Nic was in the middle of a psychotic episode.

You can hear Savannah screaming in the background of the 911 call, which was made by a friend on scene, as she pleads, “Please, no!”

In addition, you can also hear Todd yelling, “Look at what you’re doing to her!”

The caller then informs the 911 operator that Savannah was able to smash a window to get inside to her ex-boyfriend but cut her hand in the process.

The family was eventually able to get the gun away from Nic and he agreed to sit in Todd’s Range Rover until cops arrived.

The caller then indicates how Savannah’s ex needed to get some help in treatment. That being said, there is no official word he has been arrested as of yet.

A day after the incident, Nic posted to Instagram about how he survived his suicide attempt.

“I’m super grateful to be here today,” Kerdiles, 28, who was joined by Savannah, 24, and Todd, 52, said in a lengthy Instagram video on Wednesday, February 2. “I recently went through COVID as well, and now, reading a lot more about it, I kind of understand why this situation might have happened that occurred the other night.”

Nic went on to reveal how he was on an unspecified medication due to his COVID diagnosis, noting, “I decided to mix alcohol with it to a point that I don’t remember anything that happened that night.”

Kerdiles recalled that he was “blacked out” as a result of mixing the medication and alcohol. He had plans to see a friend, who he credited for helping him during the incident.

“If he wasn’t there, I don’t know if I would still be here today to be completely honest,” the Texas native said. “I had a gun by me, and I don’t know where I was at in my mental state, but between the depression, anxiety, the COVID effects, the medication, the alcohol I did something that I never thought I would ever do.”
