Cardi B is a proud mama of two!
“9/4/21????????????” the star captioned her sweet post with the newborn’s dad, Offset.

“We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son,” the couple said in a statement shared with PEOPLE. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”
Cardi and Offset are parents to 3-year-old daughter Kulture, while Offset is also dad to daughter Kalea, 6, and sons Kody, 6, and Jordan, 11, from previous relationships.
Cardi first announced the pregnancy news while performing with Offset and Migos at the BET Awards this past June.
After the trio finished “Straightenin,” Cardi joined the group for “Type S—.” Sporting an embroidered Dolce & Gabbana bodysuit, the star strutted on stage with a sheer panel in the abdomen — showcasing Cardi’s baby bump.
“Cardi B and Offset, giving us life – literally,” host Taraji P. Henson joked after a commercial break.

“#2! ♥️” Cardi captioned an Instagram photo sharing the good news that went live simultaneously with the performance. She and Offset married in September of 2017.
Cardi also revealed her last pregnancy during a live television appearance while performing on Saturday Night Live in August 2018. Cardi won video of the year for “W.A.P.” and was up for three more awards during the BET Awards.
In a July appearance on the live radio app Stationhead, the rapper revealed how she told her husband Offset about her pregnancy along with his sweet reaction.
Cardi recalled how she began to show pregnancy symptoms two weeks before the Grammys during rehearsals for her performance with Megan Thee Stallion. Cardi said she noticed her “mouth started to get watery.” In addition, she was also getting headaches and carsickness.

“I think I’m pregnant, bro!” she informed Offset not long after.
And after confirming that she was pregnant by taking a test, Cardi said she and her husband started to laugh.
“We just started laughing like, ‘Lord, we have so much to do,’ ” she said.
The singer and rapper expressed her excitement about her baby-to-be, saying: “There is something so dear about this pregnancy and I feel like I’m starting a new chapter, and I’m happy about that.”
