Britney Spears is ready to tell all to the judge in her conservatorship case next month — but allegedly, does not plan to put a stop to the conservatorship.
Sources have recently revealed that Britney, does not, in fact feel trapped in the 13-year-old conservatorship.
“She has 99% of the freedom she’d have if she weren’t in a conservatorship, and the only thing she’s prevented from doing are crazy things, like buying 3 cars at a time [something she tried to do back in the day].”
Britney allegedly has been free to travel and leads her life without real restrictions.
In addition, Britney is aware that her life was out of control before the conservatorship was put in place, and it created a structure and also replenished her dwindling assets. As one source put it, “She’s taken care of and she knows it.”

But it doesn’t mean it’s all rainbows and butterflies…the thorn in her side is still her dad: Jamie Spears.
The two are not on speaking terms and Britney continues to be upset over how Jamie allegedly handles certain business issues.
And as such, Britney wants Jamie out as the co-conservator of her estate — which includes managing her business affairs.
Jodi Montgomery is currently the permanent personal conservator of Britney, and they seem to have no qualms with one another.
Britney has also stated how she will not perform again as long as Jamie is part of the conservatorship.
The hearing next month is likely to be open to the public.
