Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have finally reached a custody decision. Last week, Brad was awarded joint custody of the kids he shares with his ex but Angelina is not pleased with the outcome.
An insider said private Judge John Ouderkirk made a “tentative decision” to award Brad joint custody.
“There was a significant change made in the custody agreements based on an extremely detailed decision made by the judge,” a source told Page Six. “Brad was just trying to have more time with his kids — and it has been clear that Angie has done everything possible to prevent this.”
And while Angelina has been fighting for a while — she says it is due to the way that Brad has treated their six children: Shiloh, Vivienne, Maddox, Zahara, Knox and Pax.
In addition, she has accused Brad of domestic violence and getting physically and verbally abusive with their children.
Allegedly, Angelina never wanted to keep the kids from Brad but instead had “other issues” she wanted addressed.

“Joint custody is not the issue that Angelina objects to, there were other issues of concern, but the court proceedings are closed and sealed,” the insider added.
But people who are on Brad’s side say the decision was fair, given the length of the trail and the amount of “witnesses, experts, therapists and other people who have been with the kids.”
That being said, Angelina was not satisfied with the outcome of the trial.
“There was a safety order surrounding the previous custody arrangements, that is public, and the kids’ schedule has been set under the jurisdiction of the division of family services for over three years,” a source said.

But at this point, Angelina does not feel her concerns have been taken seriously and is planning to take Brad back to court.
Angelina made a filing in court to appeal Brad’s decision, according to the Associated Press.
And while some of the documents are sealed, in the paperwork that the news outlet obtained — it appears Angelina is upset her children didn’t get a chance to testify as the case was heard.
“Judge Ouderkirk denied Ms. Jolie a fair trial, improperly excluding her evidence relevant to the children’s health, safety, and welfare, evidence critical to making her case,” the filing read.
