- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 teaspoon soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup mashed bananas
- 3 tablespoons sour milk (which is just milk with 1 teaspoon of vinegar mixed in with it)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts

Look, I get it, not everyone loves putting chopped nuts on their baked good, but since this does make more than one loaf, give it a shot. The moist sweetness of this banana bread recipe, mixed with the savory taste of the chopped nuts is really so so good!
