The Hills star and Prey Swim Creative Director Audrina Patridge has been going through a brutal divorce since 2018, and she recently received some more bad news about the court battle before the holidays.
The reality TV star was told to pay $35,000 of her ex’s attorney fees, the amount owed stemming from domestic violence allegations that Patridge had filed against him, according to reports exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.

Audrina Patridge has been ordered by a judge to pay $35,000 of her ex-husband’s legal fees after accusing him of domestic violence.
In July, Patridge had filed a restraining order against Bohan, alleging that he had been abusing their daughter, Kirra, 3. Ultimately, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office declined to move forward with the charges.
However, things didn’t end there. Following that decision, Bohan filed a motion ordering Patridge to pay his attorney’s fees. The judge ruled that Patridge should pay more than half of the fees, which totaled more than $53,000.

The couple welcomed their daughter in 2016 and married later that year in Hawaii. In 2017, Patridge filed for divorce from the professional BMX dirt bike rider, citing irreconcilable differences.
Patridge alleged that there had been a “violent outburst” in the home, prompting her to file for divorce. Patridge was awarded full custody of their daughter after filing for divorce.
The couple’s divorce has since been finalized, but they continue to battle for custody of their daughter. According to RadarOnline, the court battle has been costly for Patridge, who has had paid more than $156,000 to date in attorney fees, while Bohan has paid more than $60,000
