Earlier this month, Christina Hall opened up about why she won’t be posting any photos of her son, Hudson, on social media in the midst of her legal battle with the child’s father, Ant Anstead. Part of the reasoning was so Anstead couldn’t use it against her in court, which he has tried.
That’s why so many Instagram users were outraged when Anstead posted several photos of their son on his Instagram on Thursday. The post included photos of Hudson with his ‘Nanna & Gramps’ – Hudson, or Hudzo, was happy to see his grandparents, which doesn’t happen often.
Still, the post triggered a lot of users that have kept up with the legal battle between Anstead and Hall. “Im confused Christina can’t post pictures but you can that’s not fair,” said one user. Another user felt sorry for the ‘crap Hudson will see when he gets older,’ citing the legal battle.

That same user suggested Ant Anstead deserves ‘all the shade’ he gets, which warranted this response from Ant. “[Hudson] will read the private letter I wrote her on April 21st a week before I stepped up for him. She’s had 25 weeks to agree to not exploit him. She finally has x.’
He explained even further in another comment, “That private letter is in the filing a week later (so you can see it) It’s taken 25 weeks for her to finally agree not to. TWENTY FIVE WEEKS! Do I wish she had agreed 25 weeks ago? Or even 10 weeks or 18 weeks ago? Yes,” he said.
Anstead added, “My request was reasonable and should never have required me to step up. But I did and would do it again x.”
Another user tried to expose Anstead by bringing up instances when Hudzo was in a photo with Radords, one of the car brands Anstead is connected to. Again, Anstead replied – “No one buys a $500k supercar because hudzo was in a picture. I even kept him out the TV show (despite being asked many times).”
The Court Battle Between Ant Anstead and Christina Hall Continues
The ongoing legal battle between Ant Anstead and Christina Hall is in response to Anstead filing an emergency motion for full custody of their son. The motion was denied and while that was back in April, the two continue to go back and forth as new allegations and info is released.
In court, Anstead is arguing that Hudzo’s ‘name, image, and likeness’ shouldn’t be exploited in various paid promotions on social media or for use in her reality show without the father’s consent or knowledge. This ultimately led to Hall’s decision to keep her son out of the limelight.
The two began dating in November 2017 and got married in December 2018. Hudson was born on September 6, 2019, but they separated a year later and Hall filed for divorce in November 2020 – the divorce was finalized in June 2021 and things have been tense ever since.
