Andy Cohen recently shared a sweet throwback photo of meeting his son, Benjamin Allen, for the first time.
In the photo, the Bravo host has a wide smile while his son, who was born via surrogate in February 2019, is beside him.

Cohen posted the image as part of an Instagram campaign where people were asked to share certain photos via the app’s question feature.
“I was in the delivery room. I had been hoping that he would have a full head of hair, and he really overdelivered,” he told People at the time of his son’s birth. “That was the first thing you see, the head of hair coming out. And I was amazed.”
“He was so alert for the first two hours. His eyes were wide open. He didn’t cry; he was just calm,” Cohen recalled. “I kind of have no words for it.”
The reality TV mega producer shared another image of he and Benjamin in response to a fan asking him to share a photo of his “favorite person.” Cohen shared two additional photos as part of the trend – the last image on his camera roll and a photo from May 3.
Benjamin was born on February 4.
“I’m in love,” Cohen wrote at the time of the announcement. “And speechless. And eternally grateful to an incredible surrogate. And I’m a dad. Wow.”
