Amy Roloff And Chris Marek Admit Why Matt Roloff Was Not Welcome At Their Wedding

Amy Roloff and fiancé Chris Marek will be revealing to Little People, Big World fans why they decided to not invite Amy’s ex-husband to their wedding.

In a preview for an upcoming episode, the soon-to-be newlyweds spoke on their debate to invite Matt Roloff and girlfriend Caryn Chandler to their wedding.

Amy and Chris are planing to get married on August 28, and according to Tuesday’s upcoming episode, it was not an easy choice determining if they should invite Amy’s ex-husband Matt.

“Chris and I debated whether to invite Matt and Caryn to the wedding, but we decided against it. I think it causes less drama and I think that’s better for everyone,” Amy explained during a sneak preview of next week’s episode.

In another clip, Chris and Matt sit next to one another as Chris explains how they reached their decision.

“Initially when Matt offered us the farm, I thought it was just a given that we invite him and Caryn to join us, if they’d like to, you know, no obligation,” Chris said while sitting next Matt. “But then I saw where it could be awkward for some people that were going to be at the wedding and especially maybe for Amy.”

The two men eventually landed on a decision.

“We had a conversation and he goes, ‘Are you going to be offended if we don’t invite you to the wedding?’ [I said,] ‘Absolutely not, let’s just take it off the table, make it simple,'” Matt shared.

Everything went over so well, that Matt was cracking jokes soon after.

“I am going to be going to the honeymoon,” Matt joked.
