In a truly shocking turn of events, new reports are claiming that Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ exes are dating each other as well.
Just hours after the former GMA anchors released the first episode of their new podcast, People reported that Robach’s ex-husband Andrew Shue, and Holmes’ ex-wife Marilee Fiebig are, in fact, dating each other as well.
Interesting, no?
According to People’s sources, Shue and Fiebig got close while bonding over the “shared experience.” Neither Shue or Fiebig have confirmed the reports as of December 5.
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Robach and Holmes discussed the beginning of their relationship and the subsequent last year on the podcast today.
At the top of the episode, Holmes describes himself and Amy as “the folks who lost the jobs we love because we love each other.”
“That is the bottom line and that is why we are here now,” Holmes continued before Amy added that this podcast is “the first time we get to say what happened and where we are today.” And although the journalists admit they have “gone through a year of hell, […] In the end, all of us are always rooting for love. It doesn’t always happen when you want it to happen. And it’s undeniable when it’s real and it’s something you have to navigate and it’s not easy.”
Robach admitted to being nervous after being away from a microphone for over a year but ready to share their story because the narrative that has been shared publicly about their affair and subsequent romance, they say isn’t theirs. In the end, Robach admits she’s the happiest she’s ever been and in the best relationship she’s ever been. And Holmes agrees adding, “Bottom line we have not said this. I’m in love with this woman and she’s in love with me and we are planning a life together.”
They go on to say they are not adulterers. But that they were both in the middle of divorce proceedings when their relationship began. And as the couple admits, hindsight is 20/20 and although the narratives are untrue, they admitted that they could have been more honest upfront in the months leading up to the first article that was released about their relationship.
