Heartbreaking News: Aaron Carter Dead at 34
A source will knowledge of the situation claims that 911 received an emergency call from Aaron’s residence saying that a male had drowned in his bathtub. A reported death that is eerily similar to singer Whitney Houston’s.
According to TMZ, homicide detectives were dispatched to the scene but as of 4:13 PM EST, there are no reports or evidence of foul play.
Aaron is the younger brother of Backstreet Boys frontman Nick Carter. Earlier reports revealed that the brothers have had a strained relationship for quite some time.
Late last year, Carter celebrated the birth of his son, Prince, who will celebrate his first birthday in just a few short weeks. “Prince is precious I love you son. Your mommy loves you as I drop tears on the phone. This is me cutting his umbilical cord my precious family,” he wrote, in part, following his son’s birth.
Just last month, Carter shared a video of Princeton Lyrik Carter eating a snack in his highchair. “Our beautiful baby boy,” he wrote.
Aaron does have a history of substance abuse. As TMZ reports, Aaron detailed just how many pills he was taking at one time while a guest on The Doctors a few years ago.
Additionally, just a few days ago, reports suggested Carter was pulled over by police while driving an RV. Authorities had suspicion he was operating the vehicle under the influence.
