The reality TV star and her partner Tyler Baltierra learned that they were expecting just before Thanksgiving the couple told Champion Daily. They were thrilled by the news, but sadly lost the baby on Thanksgiving.
“It was super early but like I said before it still hurts and all the excitement goes out the window,” Lowell told the outlet.
Lowell shared the news with fans in the hopes that it would make people feel less alone if they have also dealt with a pregnancy loss.
“We are all in this together and everyone experiences pain, loss, and the recovery from it and I am still in the thick of dealing with this loss as it was recent and all the emotional trauma from this that follows such a loss in an already horrifically hard year,” she continued. “Thank you in advance for your prayers, love and support.”
“Know that I’m there for you and care as much as you guys are there to support me. I opened up about this only to help those who are experiencing the same thing to know that there’s someone else every day experiencing this. This was painful to share… but again, you’re not alone,” Lowell concluded.
The MTV stars, who have three daughters – Carly, 11 (who was adopted by the Davis family at birth), Novalee, 5, and Vaeda, 1 – are hopeful that they can get pregnant again.
