Jill Duggar recently shared a unique children’s book pick on her Instagram Story called “Good Pictures, Bad Pictures, Jr.: A Simple Plan to Protect Young Minds.” In the post, Duggar wrote that the book “helps parents be proactive in discussing p*rn with their kids.”
Duggar is mom to two young boys, Israel, 5, and Samuel Scott, 3, with her husband Derick Dillard and has been vocal about being against p*rnography.

“This just arrived and I already can’t wait to read with the boys!,” she also shared on the photo. “It helps parents be proactive in discussing ‘bad pictures’ with their kids.”
The ex-19 Kids and Counting star grew up in a very religious and ultra-conservative family, as chronicled in the TLC show. Duggar also starred on the spinoff, Counting On, before quitting the show in 2017.
The reality TV star recently revealed that she and Derick had decided to quit the show because they had little control over their lives.
“Our control to choose what jobs we were allowed to accept and even where we were allowed to live was taken away from us,” Duggar told People.
“The first few years of our marriage, we spent time and money working towards opportunities only to hit a dead end when we’d be told, ‘Well you’re not allowed to do that,'” Derick added.
As a result of leaving the show, Jill and Derick have also been more distanced from the Duggar family in general and the family’s rules, including no listening to non-religious music, no dancing, no alcohol and no revealing clothing.
The mom-of-two shared that since leaving the show, she’s gotten a nose ring, enjoyed some cocktails, worn jeans and modest swimwear.
“Sometimes, it’s a good thing being okay with other people not being okay,” she said.
