The forever queen of social media Chrissy Teigen never fails to entertain us with her parenting antics and trollish clap backs. Thankfully, she did it again last week by taking her three-year-old daughter Luna Simone to “candy court.”
We can all relate to those moments where a child pushes for “just one more” piece of sugary goodness. While we know boundaries and healthy teeth are crucial, these battles can sometimes be downright exhausting. That’s why the always relatable mama-of-two decided to take the treat negotiation to the next level.
Chrissy Takes Luna to Candy Court
The two-part series starts with Chrissy calling for order in the court. (Check the cameo by baby brother Miles practicing his steps in the background!) “I now call to order the meeting of the candy.”
When asked why she deserves to eat candy, Luna adorably responds, “I want it because I want it and I like it.”
In part two, Chrissy tries to get Luna to sign off on just one piece, but Luna isn’t having it and counters at three pieces. The mama-daughter team eventually reach a settlement of two pieces of candy after a seriously impressive negotiation. Watch the stunning conclusion to this courtroom drama below.
This beautiful family is currently on an international adventure and Chrissy is sharing all of the highlights, including her anticipation of Miles’ first steps in Italy. Then there’s this beautiful snap of the boys. Shortly after the court hearing, Luna explained her belief that only girls can be beautiful and boys can be cute. This girl certainly gets her moxie from her mama… Just don’t call her cute or short her on candy!
