The moment many people have been waiting for is finally here, Mama June is reuniting with her children after being arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in March 2019. The reunion was captured by the camera of their WEtv reality show, ‘Mama June: From Not to Hot.’
Now a teaser of her reunion with one of her daughter’s Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon has been released in anticipation for the big reveal on Friday night. In the one-minute-long teaser, Honey Boo Boo is seen recording a video message for her mom, their father, Sugar Bear and his wife are seen threatening to fight Pumpkin for sole custody of Honey Boo Boo, and at last, Pumpkin is seen preparing for her one-on-one visit with Mama June for the first time since her last intervention.

And in a different sneak peek, shared on Pumpkin’s Instagram account, during that one-on-one with her mom she tells her point-blank that “if you are wanting to see Ella and Alana then you have to take the drug test.”
And it appears that Mama June agrees. What we don’t know is if her test came back clean or not. In the video, June is seen in tears telling the cameras that “no one knows what the real story is.”
As Pumpkin said in an earlier episode, She loves her mom “to death, I really do, and I would do anything for her, but at this point, I want to slap her in the face too.” It was also revealed that Mama June sold the house she promised to raise Honey Boo Boo without anyone knowing in the lastest episode from last week.

She told fans in the caption, “Oh k I’m back this week y’all! Get your Kleenex box out.” It remains unclear if she and Geno, whom she was arrested with last year, are still together.

The show has faced some criticism over the last few weeks claiming that the show is being too drawn out. Hopefully, this Friday fans will get what they are looking for, and “the real story” Mama June is talking about is finally revealed.
