Actress Jodie Turner-Smith was body-shamed while pregnant and she is having none of it. The Queen & Slim star appeared on the British talk show The Graham Norton Show while wearing a two-piece outfit that showed off her baby bump.
However, after the show aired, Turner-Smith received backlash for her wardrobe choice and she took to Twitter to bluntly respond to those who body-shamed her. (Warning: The below tweet contains language that some may find offensive.)

Turner-Smith, who is expecting her first child with Dawson’s Creek star Joshua Jackson, was shocked that people on Twitter told her that she should cover up her growing stomach. She wrote, “[Jodie Turner-Smith] gives zero f*cks about your disdain for pregnant women’s bodies on British television.”

One hater wrote in response to the soon-to-be mom’s black ensemble, “This may be an unpopular opinion but I don’t think pregnant women should wear outfits that expose their bellies.” And others knocked her for “wanting to be the center of attention.”
The queen of maternity wear has referenced her baby bump in several social media posts by included witty hashtags like “Here Is That Bump You’ve Been Asking For” and “Bun In The Oven But Make It Fashun.” She’s even referenced her “pregnancy double d’s” in one of her Instagram captions.
Thankfully, even more fans were quick to come to Turner-Smith’s defense, saying, “Wear that bump with pride because you look AMAZING!” While on The Graham Norton Show, the actress also seemed to reveal the gender of her unborn child when she joked about her bump on the show. “I think she’s bored,” she said, referring to her unborn baby.
“I’ve just got a couple months left,” she added. “I’m at the finish line, I think. Well not the finish line, but very close.” Who else hopes to see many more moments of this gorgeous, glowing mom celebrating her bump?
