In just three days, Taylor Swift will begin the final leg of her “The Eras” tour on Oct. 18 in Miami, Florida.
However, while fans anticipate her return to the stage, Swift took to social media to announce that she is putting out a book that details the tour, as well as a “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology” vinyl and CD that includes all 35 tracks from her newest album.
Swift released her 11th studio album on April 19.
But as Swifties quickly realized, Swift only released 31 songs in April. So why does the new vinyl and CD have 35 tracks on it.
“TAYLOR, WHAT DO YOU MEAN 35 SONGS,” one fan asked.
“WAIT, 35 tracks?????” another questioned.
“DID SHE SAY 35 TRACKS??????”
While releasing the album, Swift shared a note with her fans, “The Tortured Poets Department. An anthology of new works that reflect events, opinions and sentiments from a fleeting and fatalistic moment in time – one that was both sensational and sorrowful in equal measure.”
She continued, saying, “This period of the author’s life is now over, the chapter closed and boarded up. There is nothing to avenge, no scores to settle once wounds have healed.”
But now fans are left wondering, is there more to be said in the four additional tracks?
The book, the vinyl, and the CD will only be available at Target on November 29.
