After a drama-filled “Bachelorette” finale, Jenn Tran sent “Bachelorette” nation into a spiral.
By the end of season 21, Tran was engaged to Devin Strader. However, by the time the finale aired, Tran revealed Strader ended their engagement with a 2-minute phone call.
While the news resulted in big reactions, Tran sent fans into a tailspin when she reunited with Jonathon Johnson, whom she sent home after their fantasy suite date.
On Instagram, Tran and Johnson shared a few videos of themselves interacting with each other after meeting up to get dinner in California when they realized they were in the same place.
The first video was shared on Sept. 7. Tran and Johnson shared a video of themselves lip syncing the sound, “Every body want to know what I would do if I didn’t win. I guess we’ll never know.”
“Breaking the internet this early is CRAZY,” a commenter said.
“DO NOT EVEN PLAY WITH MY EMOTIONS LIKE THIS JENNIFER TRAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP IT RIGHT NOW,” another fan added.
“I won’t be mad if he doesn’t go to paradise ya know,” said another comment.
The second video showed off their playful banter with each other.
“Did Jonathan keep the main thing the main thing,” Tran captioned the video. “Thank God I’m a Leo,” Jonathan replied.
“Jonathan is giving green flag energy,” a comment read.
“I mean this man paid attention to the point where he has a favorite dress list for her. Jenn go get your man,” another person commented.
“Jenn & Jon, are you kidding? yes please,” a fan raved.
But the question remains; are Tran and Johnson dating?
While a guest on the “The Viall Files” podcast on Sept. 10, Johnson admitted that “the conversation has not been had yet. She’s going to be in L.A. for the next few months where I live, so … at some point.”
Tran will be competing on this season of “Dancing With the Stars.”
However, Tran’s response to the dating question was a bit different. On the same day, Tran was a guest on Kaitlyn Bristowe‘s “Off the Vine” podcast.
Tran said while she realized the internet loves seeing her and Johnson together, they are just friends.
“I probably will be grabbing a beer with Jonathon, Jeremy [Simon], whoever it is,” she said. “I want so badly to keep those friendships, but nothing more than that.”
